Our Board

The board meets at least 11 times per year, it is responsible for setting and monitoring strategy, reviewing trading performance, ensuring adequate funding, formulating policy on key issues and reporting to shareholders. It comprises of the following members:

Michael Jackson (Chairman) joined Netcall in March 2009.  Michael founded Elderstreet Investments Limited in 1990 and is its Executive Chairman. Michael’s former chairmanships include the FTSE100 company, The Sage Group plc, where he was a board director for 23 years; from his initial involvement its capitalisation has risen from £1m to its current level of over £2bn.

Henrik Bang (Chief Executive Officer) joined NetCall in January 2004. Previously Henrik was Vice President, EMEA for GN Netcom 1999-2004. Before that Henrik held a number of international management positions in IBM and also worked for the global shipping and logistics company A. P. Moller - Maersk Line.

Roger Allsop has been a non-executive director of the company since 1987, when he bought a 14.9% stake. He is also non-executive director and major shareholder of Tricorn plc and was previously  Managing Director of Westwood Dawes Plc.
